Mayor
Domenic Virgona

My hopes for the rejuvenation of Clairton's downtown area keeps me focused on economic development for the city. Another one of my objectives is to assist in the cleanup efforts to address the crime and drug problems plaguing our community. As a Councilmen for over 14 years, I'm most proud of the Remodeling of Clairton Pool, the creation of the Clairton Park Pavillion and the Revamping of the Ravensburg Bridge. I am a lifelong resident of Clairton who graduated from Clairton High School and worked at Hercules Inc for 42 years as an Electrician. I'm married to Joan Phillips-Virgona and have four children and two grandchildren. I was the President of The Independent Chemical Workers Union for 8 years and continue to be an active member of different organizations in the City.

 Councilmen Richard Lattanzi

I ran for City Council in 2003 with the hope of bringing new energy and ideas to the community. My first project with the help of the Mayor, the City, City Council, local businesses and grants from the state was the installation of new lights at our Little League Field. I'm a life-long resident who attended both grade school and high school where I was active in hockey, football and baseball. Later, I went to CCAC and McKeesport Vo Tech Trade School where I passed the Journeyman Plumbing Test. Today, I work as a Pipefitter for US Steel Irvin Works and a member of Steel Valley Council of Governments, The Wilson Civic Association and Clairton's newly formed Tax Review Committee. I also have three wonderful children and remain active in the community coaching baseball thru Pony League for over 11 years. I hope to continue to be an officer for the Clairton Jr. Baseball and Softball Association where I enjoy working with and teaching children.

City Manager Ralph Imbrogno

I am a life long resident who has worked for the City of Clairton for over 14 years in various positions as a Councilmen, Controller and now Municipal Manager. I've continued to strive to accomplish my goals of rebuilding and developing a city where we can work together as a total community socially, economically and spiritually. Some of my most successful accomplishments include being instrumental in the creation of the Neighborhood Task Force, the Veterans Memorial and supporting the Economic Development and Remodeling of the Downtown area of Clairton. My hopes are that this municipality would maintain a pattern of growth and development without the continued assistance of the State. Although city affairs are a primary part of my life, my family and I remain involved with various organizations and activities within the community.
